Virus, spyware and adware removal and future prevention strategies
Our service undertakes to:
- Visit your home or office at an agreed time or collect the equipment from you
- Consult you and examine the equipment in order to diagnose the problem(s)
- Advise you of the estimated cost of any replacement hardware/software if required.
- Whilst we aim to carry out as many repairs as possible onsite, lengthy software-related or specific hardware issues (particularly laptops) may require repair in our workshop. In these cases we will deliver the equipment back to you when it is repaired.
- Repairs taking less than one hour will be charged at £39.99 inc VAT, repairs over one hour at £59.99 inc VAT, plus the cost of additional hardware/software.
* Tariff is a labour charge only inclusive of VAT and is per item of equipment; any required additional hardware or software will incur additional charges.
