Network issues

We were contacted by a company who recently moved to central Farnham. They had recently had new VOIP telephones installed by a telephone engineer. Their phones were intermittent and the printer failed to work.

We turned up within the hour, and it turned out that there was a conflict between the printer and telephones. This was easily rectified and we then checked and double checked that the phones and printers worked for all the staff.


PC Disaster Recovery

We were called for urgent help in West Clandon where we were told there was a software update which then forced a computer to have a blue screen. They were unable to enable a system restore or enable safe mode. The customer was able to continue to work with another computer, and we were able to get the computer back working, including preserving all the data and software.


Reducing Costs

pcResponse was asked to check the broadband and telephone costs for a customer. By changing the broadband internet service provider we were able to reduce their costs by 80%, and increase the broadband speeds five-fold.
